The facility useage fee is $400 for Weddings, Family Reunions, etc. for 5 hours.  Every hour after, $100 will be charged.  The facility fee includes one staff on hand, as well as clean up fee.

Kids Birthday Parties - $25.00 facility use fee.  Maximum 3 hrs.

Pony Rides, Cake, decorations, will be extra.
